Finding Schools
-
By clicking the orange "Student Profile" button on your left, you'll be asked to fill out a brief form to share the study abroad plans and academic goals of your client. This information will help us to get in contact with schools that match your student.
OR, you can set up a video call with our team to go over details in case you still need help preparing your Lead Profile.
-
After receiving the Student Profile, we will explore the available options for your student based on the information provided. This will be your opportunity to ask any questions and become more familiar with international study options to further present them to your client.
-
Once the schools reply back to us, you will receive a comprehensive plan featuring options for international schools that match your Student Profile, along with a link for the application process. You will also have detailed information about each institution and their availability for an introductory call should your student request one.
-
We will assist you in arranging introductory calls with any institutions your student wishes to meet. Speaking directly with a school representative can provide you with clarity on whether the option is the best fit for tha family.
-
After discussing the details with each institution and receiving feedback from us, your student will be equipped to make a decision about their study abroad program. We will support you by providing a comprehensive, step-by-step plan for your student’s application process and all the exciting, life-changing adventures and experiences ahead.
Frequently Asked Questions
How soon can I schedule a video call for further assistance?
Once we receive your Student Profile, we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. However, if you need more support with your client, you can easily schedule a video call with our team in this Google Calendar link: https://calendar.app.google/eoyUuJyj9nAA2PhMA
How far in advance should I begin the search process?
We have a quick turnaround, so if you're in a hurry, we can help you find a school as soon as one month before the intended travel date. However, we always recommend starting the personalized plan six to twelve months in advance.
Who will be supporting me during this process?
During your sessions, you will meet with Amanda Daniel, who has been helping agencies and students achieve their goals for seven years. She will provide all the support needed for you and for your student to succeed. You will also receive emails from our Admissions and Accounting team.
How much will this cost my student?
Costs vary depending on the chosen program. Boarding schools typically range from USD $60,000 to USD $150,000 per year, while day schools with host families generally have lower tuition fees. Additionally, the summer programs have an average cost of USD $5,000 for three weeks; for short-term courses, the price per week usually stays in the USD $1,500 range; both include classes, activities, accommodation, and transfers.
Can you still assist me if my student doesn’t speak English?
Absolutely! Our team is fluent in English but also in Spanish and Portuguese, and as part of the plan, we can also consider additional English language classes to help your student succeed.
What programs do you offer?
We collaborate with boarding schools primarily focused on high school programs (grades 9-12) in the United States; we also have some schools with junior boarding (grades 6-9) and some programs with host families.
68 of our partners are American schools, and we have a great diversity of schools: all-girls, all-boys, military all-boys, military co-ed, religious, non-religious, and co-ed. Additionally, we partner with 12 other schools from Canada, England, Switzerland, Italy, and the Netherlands.
