ENVOI was founded in December 2023 with a simple but powerful belief: education should be viewed as more than academics alone.
From the beginning, our mission has been to offer families a different kind of guidance. One that looks at the whole child, not just grades or rankings. We believe the right educational environment shapes confidence, character, independence, cultural awareness, and a young person’s sense of direction in the world.
ENVOI was created to support families who want to make thoughtful, values-aligned decisions about their child’s future, decisions that consider emotional readiness, social environment, personal growth, and long-term well-being alongside academic goals.
Because education is not only about where a student studies. It’s about who they become in the process.
ENVOI is led by Amanda Ramos, an educational consultant and former boarding school student.
Amanda understands this journey from both sides: as a student who experienced the transformative impact of studying away from home and as a professional with over a decade of experience in international education and school placement.
Her own boarding school experience opened doors to new languages, global friendships, independence, and long-term academic direction. Today, she helps families navigate that same path with confidence and informed decision-making.
